Refund & Returns Policy for Event Tickets and Products

Event Ticket Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduled Events:

  1. If the event is canceled: No action is required to obtain a refund; the refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. In some cases, the Event Organizer may offer the option to choose either a credit or a refund; a notification will explain your options, and you can submit a request for credit if desired.
  2. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: Your ticket(s) remain valid, and no further action is needed. If the Event Organizer approves refunds and/or credits, a notification will explain your options, and you may submit a request for a refund or credit. Alternatively, you can keep your ticket(s) for the rescheduled event.
  3. Ticket Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, subject to approval by contacting ([email protected]). Please note that there is a Terms & Conditions disclaimer associated with each ticket purchase, specifying that prices are subject to change without notice and items may sell out or become unavailable.       • Due to the limited supply and pricing volatility of collectible products, all prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, and all items are subject to prior sell-out or unavailability. All mail-in items are sent at the customer’s risk. Fiterman Sports does not guarantee pen color, pen type, or autograph placement. Players and Fiterman Sports Group reserve the right to reject any item. By participating in a public or mail-in event where a famous athlete or guest is present, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with your items and interactions. Fiterman Sports is not responsible for any actions, behaviors, or interactions of the athletes or guests.
  1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable purchases. If you fail to arrive on time for a guest appearance or leave before the designated guest appearance time, you forfeit any option for compensation or a refund.

Product Returns:

  1. Autographed Items: Autographed items are generally non-refundable. In special circumstances, contact Fiterman Sports on the same day as the purchase for any consideration.
  2. Exempt Products: Certain products, including sale or discounted items and tickets from published events, are exempt from being returned.
  3. Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when the item does not arrive in its original packaging, is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to an error by Fiterman Sports, or is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  4. Return Process: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Contact [email protected] for assistance, and also reach out to your bank as there may be processing delays.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, contact {[email protected]} and send the item to {1318 HWY 3 S. Building C League City TX 77573}.

Shipping Returns:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
  • For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Fiterman Sports does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Insurance & Shipping:
  • For mail-in customers, Fiterman Sports is not liable for items once they leave their facility. You have the option to add insurance to your items by filling out the Shipping Insurance Form on the Mail-in Information page. Failure to inform Fiterman Sports about insurance prior to shipping forfeits your rights to add insurance, and Fiterman Sports is not liable for the items once in transit. Mail-in customers automatically accept this policy when sending their items to Fiterman Sports.
